Orders received after 7:00 am PST usually ship the next business day unless otherwise noted.

Standard Shipping, Flat Rate and Free Shipping are shipped by the least expensive method at my discretion, including the Post Office and Fedex Ground.

I can use your preferred service and ship via UPS, Fedex or the Post Office for the cost of that shipping service.

Please allow 5-9 business days for items going across the U.S, especially with USPS. First Class and Standard Parcel services include delivery confirmation vs full tracking.

Per Post Office policy, Standard Parcel/Parcel Select packages may not be scanned until the arrive at the delivery location.

RUSH ORDERS
Transit times for USPS Priority Mail and Priority Express are not guaranteed by the Post Office. If you need an item by a certain date, please convo me in advance of the order with your date. Fedex or UPS air service may be required to meet your deadline.

Arrived Broken? Oh no!
My goal is to get these vintage items to you safely. In the event an item is damaged in transit on its way to you, please save the packaging, and contact me with photos of the damage to the item and packaging within 24 hours of delivery.

We're non smokers and all inventory and packing materials are stored in a smoke free environment. Despite my precautions (and personal preferences), some vintage housewares may have lived in a smoking environment prior to acquisition. I do my best to weed out the worst offenders, but occasionally something slips by. If you have any problems with your purchase, please let me know.

We collect and remit sales tax for orders shipping within California as required by law.
